Directed by George Clooney, the sci-fi story centres around the challenges faced by scientist Augustine Lofthouse (George Clooney) as he battles must through extreme conditions in the Artic Circle through, accompanied by a young girl, Iris (Caoilinn Springall) in their efforts to warn off a spaceship on a return journey to an earth that has suffered a global catastrophe.
